摘  要:对空间站低温存储装置用斯特林制冷机振动输出进行了测试,采用理论分析和数值仿真的方法开展了磁阻尼吸振器设计和开发,开发了一种空间站斯特林制冷机用磁阻尼吸振器,并进行试验测试,测试结果表明:制冷机在无吸振器输入功率100 W时,轴向输出力随时间呈正弦波趋势,最大达到482.78 N;安装磁阻尼吸振器后,制冷机基频振动从265 mg降低到14.25 mg,基频吸振效率0.054,时域振动从802.95 mg降低到98.51 mg,时域吸振效率0.123;输入功率200 W时吸振器将制冷机的基频振动从370.7 mg降低到73.92 mg,基频吸振效率0.199;时域振动从1240.5 mg降低到220.6 mg,时域吸振效率0.177;磁阻尼吸振器大幅降低了制冷机振动输出,吸振效率优于传统被动减振器,制冷机振动输出满足空间站低温存储装置技术指标要求。2022年7月24日,磁阻尼吸振器随问天实验舱成功发射,并在中国空间站长期运行,支持空间站各项科学实验研究。Vibration output of Stirling cryocooler for space station cryogenic storage device was tested.The magnetic damping vibration absorber for space station Stirling cryocooler was successfully developed by using the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the damping performance of the absorber was tested.The test results show that when the input power of cooler without vibration absorber is 100 W,the axial output force shows a sine wave trend with time,and the maximum force is 482.78 N.After installing the magnetic damping vibration absorber,the fundamental frequency vibration of the cooler is reduced from 265 mg to 14.25 mg,the vibration absorption efficiency is 0.054,the time domain vibration is reduced from 802.95 mg to98.51 mg,and the vibration absorption efficiency is 0.123.When the input power is 200 W,the vibration absorber reduces the fundamental frequency vibration of the refrigerator from 370.7 mg to 73.92 mg,and the vibration absorption efficiency is 0.199.The time domain vibration is reduced from 1240.5 mg to 220.6 mg,and the vibration absorption efficiency is 0.177.The magnetic damping vibration absorber greatly reduces the vibration output of the cooler,the vibration absorption efficiency is better than the traditional passive vibration absorber,and the vibration output of the refrigerator meets the technical index requirements of the cryogenic storage device of the China Space Station,which was launched together with the Wentian lab module in July 24th2022.In the future,the magnetic damping vibration absorber will supports various scientific experiments and research of the China Space Station.
