摘 要:文章旨在筛选苹果渣发酵蛋白饲料的工艺条件。试验选取不同接种量、发酵温度、发酵时间、料水比、发酵料层厚度为变量进行试验。结果显示,菌种接种量鲜榨苹果渣2%或干苹果渣10%,发酵温度31℃,料水比为10∶8,pH为7,发酵时间为72 h,料层厚度5 cm发酵效果最好,发酵产物中蛋白质含量可达25.35 mg/g。研究表明,本试验筛选的工艺条件切实可行,为实践生产提供了一定的基础。The aim of this experiment was to screen out the technological conditions of apple residue fermented protein feed.Different inoculation amount,fermentation time,The ratio of material to water and the thickness of fermentation material layer were tested as variables.The results showed that when the inoculation amount of fresh apple residue was 2%or dry apple residue was 10%,the fermentation temperature was 31℃,the ratio of material to water was 10∶8,the pH was 7,the fermentation time was 72 h,and the thickness of material layer was 5 cm,the fermentation effect was the best,and the protein content of fermentation products was higher,Its content can reach 25.35 mg/g.The research shows that the technological conditions of this experiment are feasible and provide a certain basis for practical production.
