摘  要:目的探讨BOPPPS(B,bridge-in,导言;O,objective,学习目标;P,pre-assessment,前测;P,participatory learning,参与式学习;P,post-assessment,后测;S,summary and conclusion,摘要和总结)为基础的联合教学法在提升临床医师胜任能力中的应用价值。方法采用比较观察法进行研究,选取2020年6月—2021年7月在内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院内分泌科接受培训的实习医生80名,试验组采用BOPPPS、借助微信平台、病例引入的联合教学法,对照组采用传统的以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)。结果培训后试验组的考试成绩明显高于对照组,且试验组在探索知识的主动性、理论知识掌握度、独立处理患者能力、医患沟通能力提升方面的比例均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助微信平台、BOPPPS为基础联合案例引入的联合教学法可以在短时间内有效提升实习医生对常见内分泌疾病单独诊治的胜任能力。Objective To explore the application value of the BOPPPS-based combined teaching method in improving the competence of interns.Methods A total of 80 interns who received training in the department of endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected.The interns were divided into two groups randomly,interns received the combined teaching method of BOPPPS,we chat platform and case introduction in the experimental group,and those who received traditional CBL teaching method in the control group.Results After training,the scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group.In experimental group,various abilities have improved,including Learning initiative,theoretical grade,independent diagnosis and treatment ability,doctor-patient communication ability.Differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS-based combined teaching method can effectively improve the competence of interns in the separate diagnosis and treatment of common endocrine diseases in a short time.
