摘 要:目的探究在临床麻醉学本科实习教学中运用模拟教学的教学效果。方法选择麻醉医学专业本科学生80名,研究起止时间2018年6月—2021年6月。按照学号将入选学生随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40名。对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组学生采用模拟教学的教学方法。经分组干预后,对比两组学生的临床麻醉学理论知识与病例分析考核成绩,并评估学生的临床实践能力,采用自制评价量表评判学生的实习成效。结果经教学干预后,研究组学生的临床麻醉学理论知识与病例分析考核成绩相比对照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在临床麻醉实践能力评估方面,研究组学生的合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组学生的实习效果,在各项素质评价中研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床麻醉学本科学生实习教学中运用模拟教学的教学方法,有利于提高实习医生的理论知识掌握程度和实践操作能力,有利于提高本科实习教学质量,增强实习医生的岗位胜任力。Objective To explore the teaching effect of applying simulation teaching in clinical anesthesiology.Methods A total of 80 subjects selected undergraduate students in anesthesiology,the study period is from June 2018 to June 2021.The selected students were randomly divided into study and control groups according to the study number,with 40 students per group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the research group students adopted the simulation teaching method.After group intervention,the theoretical knowledge of clinical anesthesiology was compared with the results of case analysis and assessment,the students’clinical practice ability was evaluated,and the self-made evaluation scale was used to judge the students’internship effectiveness on the scale.Results After teaching intervention,the theoretical knowledge of clinical anesthesiology in the study group was higher compared with the case analysis and assessment results of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of clinical anesthesia practice ability,the qualified rate of students in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Comparing the internship effect of the two groups,the study group was higher than the control group in each quality evaluation,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of simulation teaching in clinical anesthesiology is beneficial to improve the theoretical knowledge mastery degree and practical operation ability,improve the teaching quality of undergraduate practice,and enhance the post competence of interns.
