摘 要:目的探讨内分泌科联合心内科跨学科教学模式在临床医学专业型硕士研究生住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。方法选取2019年9月—2021年9月40名在内分泌科进行住培的心内科专业型硕士研究生为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组及跨学科教学模式组,每组各20名。对照组以内分泌科常见病、多发病设计教学主题。跨学科教学组以心内科和内分泌科知识交叉点为切入点,设计教学主题。对比两组医师的教学效果。结果跨学科教学组医师的理论成绩、病案分析成绩、对教学模式的主观评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跨学科教学有利于打破学科之间的壁垒,建立更为完整、明晰的知识网络,拓宽临床思维,促进学以致用能力的培养。Objective To explore the application of the internal medicine interdisciplinary teaching model of Endocrinology Union in the standardized training of clinical medical professional postgraduate residents.Methods A total of 40 cardiologists who received standardized training in endocrinology department from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected.All the resident doctors were randomly divided into control group and interdisciplinary teaching mode group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group took the common diseases in the department of endocrinology and the interdisciplinary teaching group took the knowledge intersection of the department of cardiology and the department of endocrinology as the starting point,designed the teaching theme to compare the teaching effect of the two groups of physicians.Results The scores of professional theoretical knowledge,medical record analysis and subjective scores of teaching mode of doctors in the interdisciplinary teaching group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interdisciplinary teaching is beneficial to break the barriers between disciplines,establish a more complete and clear knowledge network,broaden clinical thinking,and promote the cultivation of learning ability.
