大学生医学技能大赛培训模式在神经病学实践教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨中国大学生医学技术技能大赛培训模式在大学生神经病学临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法在2022年上学期学习《神经病学》班级中选随机取2个班级,试验组(45名)的腰椎穿刺内容采用技能大赛培训模式进行培训,另一个班级(44名)采用传统模式培训。课后比较两组对教学方法的反馈情况,期末考试前比较两组学生腰椎穿刺操作的考试成绩。结果试验组学生的腰椎穿刺操作成绩(82.57±6.35)分高于对照组(76.71±7.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组脑脊液判读正确率(77.8%)高于对照组(66.7%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在激发学习兴趣、促进师生互动、掌握教学内容方面,试验组的满意比率高于对照组(86.4%vs.65.9%,93.3%vs.59.1%,88.9%vs.70.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中国大学生医学技术技能大赛培训模式应用于大学生的神经病学实践教学中,可增强教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of the training method of National College Students’Clinical Skill Competition in clinical practice teaching of neurology for college students.Methods In the first semester of 2022,two classes were randomly selected from the neurology class.The lumbar puncture content of experimental group was trained using the skill competition training mode,and the other class was trained using the traditional mode.After the training,the feedback of the two groups on the teaching method was compared.The test scores of lumbar puncture operations were compared between the two groups of students before the final exam.Results The lumbar puncture operation scores of students in the experimental group(82.57±6.35)were higher than those in the control group(76.71±7.42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct rate of cerebrospinal fluid interpretation in the experimental group(77.8%)was higher than that in the control group(66.7%),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In terms of stimulating learning interest,promoting teacher-student interaction,and mastering teaching content,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(86.4%vs.65.9%,93.3%vs.59.1%,and 88.9%vs.70.5%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the training method of National College Students’Clinical Skill Competition to the practical teaching of neurology can enhance the teaching effect.
