医护一体化护理模式对新生儿科护生出科考核成绩的提升

摘  要:目的分析医护一体化护理模式对新生儿科护理教学护生出科考核成绩的提升作用研究。方法研究纳入2019年9月—2021年3月黄冈市妇幼保健院新生儿科实习护生47名,其中2019年9月—2020年6月护生22名,将其设为对照组;另2020年7月—2021年3月实习护生25名,设为研究组;对照组护生接受传统实习护理教学,研究组实习护生接受医护一体化护理教学模式,对比两组护生教学满意度、考核成绩、自主学习能力等结果。结果研究组实习护生出科考核成绩、综合素质水平、临床护理操作及理论成绩等评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者自我动机信念、任务分析能力、自我监控与调节能力、自我评价等均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习护生教学满意度对比,研究组对教学教师、内容、方式等满意度评分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿科护理教学工作中,对实习护生实施医护一体化护理教学模式,不仅有助于提高护生的出科考核成绩,同时有助于强化护生的自主学习能力,提高其教学满意水平。Objective To analyze the effect of the integrated medical-nursing nursing model on the improvement of the examination scores of nursing students in neonatology nursing teaching.Methods The study included 47 nursing students practicing in the neonatology department of Huanggang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2019 to March 2021,including 22 nursing students from September 2019 to June 2020,who were set as the control group;In addition,25 nursing students from July 2020 to March 2021 will be assigned as research group;The nursing students in the control group received traditional practice nursing teaching,while the nursing students in the research group received integrated nursing teaching mode.The results of teaching satisfaction assessment,independent learning ability and so on were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of graduation examination,comprehensive quality,clinical nursing operation and theoretical scores of practice nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-motivated belief,task analysis ability,self-monitoring and adjustment ability,and self-evaluation of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparing the teaching satisfaction of practice nursing students in the two groups,the score of the teaching teacher,content and method in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching work of neonatology department,the implementation of the integrated nursing teaching model of medical and nursing for interns not only helps to improve the performance of nursing students,but also helps to strengthen the self-learning ability of nursing students and improve their teaching satisfaction level.
