摘  要:目的探索教学互动反馈系统在本科护理专业《基础护理学》课堂开展实证研究的教学效果。方法选择厦门医学院护理学系2018级4个班级的本科护生为研究对象:按照教学方法选择3、4班(n=65)为对照组,在《基础护理》课堂中使用传统的单向灌输式多媒体教学方法;选择5、6班(n=64)为试验组,在《基础护理》课堂中使用教学互动反馈系统。采用自行研制的互动反馈系统教学效果评价量表,在为期2个学期的课程结束后对129名调查对象进行问卷调查,并采用SPSS 19.0对调查结果进行T检验分析。对比分析本科护生对不同课堂互动模式的教学效果评价。结果试验组与对照组的本科护生对教学互动反馈系统的评分分别为(225.35±27.80)分和(212.48±28.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论教学互动反馈系统有助于提高本科护生课堂互动性、反馈性、参与性、投入度、学业表现、反思性、综合能力、可用性、接受度及满意度。Objective To explore the teaching efficiency of the audience response system to carry out empirical research in Fundamentals of Nursing classroom.Methods This research selected the undergraduate nursing students from 4 Class 2018 of department of nursing of Xiamen Medical College as the research objects.According to the teaching methods,classes 3 and 4(n=65)were selected as the control group to use traditional"one-way infusion"multimedia teaching methods in the Fundamentals of Nursing classroom.While class 5 and Class 6(n=64)were selected as the experimental group to use the audience response system in the Fundamentals of Nursing classroom.A self-developed the audience response system teaching effect evaluation scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 129 respondents after the course lasted for 2 semesters,and SPSS19.0 was used to conduct sample t-test analysis on the survey results.Comparative analysis of undergraduate nursing students on different classroom interaction mode of teaching effect evaluation.Results The total scores of nursing students in the experimental group and the control group were(225.35±27.80)and(212.48±28.88),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The audience response system is helpful to improve the interaction,feedback,participation,involvement,academic performance,reflection,comprehensive ability,availability,acceptance and satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students in class.
