摘　　要：瘀血内阻是肿瘤发生发展的基本病机,活血化瘀为中医药治疗肿瘤的基本治法,广泛用于肿瘤治疗的各个方面。在国医大师颜德馨教授“久病怪病从瘀治”观点的基础上,结合自身临床经验,认为久积不消从瘀论治,以活血化瘀配合理气、化痰、除湿、解毒等祛邪治法,久虚羸瘦从瘀论治以活血化瘀配合益气温阳、滋阴养血等扶正治法,奇症怪病从瘀论治以活血化瘀法为主辨治肿瘤诊治过程中常见疑难病症,癌性疼痛从瘀论治以活血化瘀法为主,根据疼痛的不同部位辨证论治,或联合中医外治法治疗。Blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of tumor occurrence and development, and blood activating and stasis removing method is the basic treatment of tumor, so it is widely used in all aspects of tumor treatment. On the basis of the viewpoint of Professor YAN Dexin, a master of Chinese medicine, "treating chronic and strange diseases by stasis" and combining with our own clinical experience, it is believed that the tumor does not shrink for a long time can be treated from blood stasis, blood activating and stasis removing method is combined with the treatment of regulating Qi, resolving phlegm, dehumidifying and detoxification. Prolonged weakness can be treated from blood stasis, blood activating and stasis removing method is combined with the treatment of supplement Qi to warm Yang and nourishing Yin and blood. Strange symptom and diseases can be treated from blood stasis, blood activating and stasis removing method be mainly used to treat the common difficult diseases in the process of tumor treatment. Cancerous pain can be treated from blood stasis, according to the different parts of the pain, blood activating and stasis removing method combined with other treatment methods are used to treat cancerous pain, sometimes it can also be combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
