摘　　要：目的:观察iRoot BP Plus盖髓剂充填在年轻恒牙活髓切断术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年5月该院收治的120例行年轻恒牙活髓切断术治疗的患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组使用氢氧化钙糊剂作为盖髓剂充填,研究组使用iRoot BP Plus盖髓剂充填,比较两组手术相关指标水平、治疗成功率、术后牙本质桥形成率和牙齿变色发生率。结果:研究组手术时间、肿胀持续时间、疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6个月,研究组治疗成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组牙本质桥形成率均高于对照组,牙齿变色发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot BP Plus盖髓剂充填应用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术患儿可提高治疗成功率和牙本质桥形成率,缩短手术时间、肿胀持续时间、疼痛持续时间,降低牙齿变色发生率,其效果优于氢氧化钙糊剂充填。Objective: To observe application effects of iRoot BP Plus pulp capping agent filling in young permanent teeth with vital pulpotomy. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 120 children who underwent vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth in the hospital from June 2019 to May 2020. They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was filled with calcium hydroxide paste as pulp capping agent, while the study group was filled with iRoot BP Plus pulp capping agent. The operation related index levels, the treatment success rate, the postoperative dentin bridge formation rate, and the tooth discoloration rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The operation time, the swelling duration and the pain duration of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 3 and 6 months after the operation, the treatment success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the dentin bridge formation rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the tooth discoloration rate was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: iRoot BP Plus pulp capping agent for the young permanent teeth with vital pulpotomy can improve the success rate of treatment and the dentin bridge formation rate shorten the operation time, the swelling duration and the pain duration, and reduce the tooth discoloration rate. Moreover, it is superior to calcium hydroxide paste filling.
