摘  要:高校心理咨询伦理建设是高校心理咨询专业化发展的必然要求,咨询活动开展的科学性、专业性和规范性是其关注的重点。为了解我国高校心理咨询伦理现状,通过对39所高校发布的心理咨询伦理守则文本的质性分析研究发现:高校心理咨询伦理关注职业素养要求、工作程序要求、专业伦理要求三个核心模块内容;存在心理咨询职业素养要求设置不明确、心理咨询工作程序要求设置不统一、心理咨询专业伦理要求设置不平衡的问题。未来,需要在这三个方面进一步优化和完善。The ethics of college psychological counseling is the inevitable requirement of the professional development of college psychological counseling. The scientific, professional and normative nature of psychological counseling activities is the key point. In order to study the situation of psychological counseling ethics in colleges and universities, the psychological counseling ethics in 39 colleges and universities are analyzed. The study shows that the ethics of psychological counseling in colleges and universities pays attention to the content of three core modules: professional quality requirements, work procedure requirements and professional ethics requirements. The research shows that colleges and universities have the problems of unclear professional literacy settings for psychological consulting, inconsistent settings for psychological consulting work procedures, and imbalanced professional ethics settings for psychological consulting. In the future, further optimization and improvement are needed in these three aspects.
