摘　　要：目的探讨MUC17(Mucin 17)基因和胃癌细胞转移的相关性。方法应用免疫组化实验在103例胃癌组织中检测MUC17的表达与胃癌远端转移的相关性;采用Transwell实验检测MUC17对胃癌细胞AGS转移能力的影响;利用TCGA数据分析MUC17与转移相关基因表达的相关性。结果在胃癌组织中MUC17的表达与转移负相关;敲低MUC17在AGS细胞中的表达后,AGS细胞的迁移能力显著增加;MUC17与肿瘤转移抑制基因CDH1的表达呈正相关。结论MUC17抑制胃癌细胞的转移。Objective To investigate the effect of Mucin 17(MUC17)on the metastasis of gastric cancer cells.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the correlation between MUC17 expression and metastasis in tissues from 103 cases of gastric cancer.Transwell assay was conducted to detect the effect of MUC17 on the migration of gastric cancer cells.In addition,TCGA database was used to analyze the correlation between the expression of MUC17 and metastasis-related gene.Results The expression of MUC17 in gastric cancer tissues was negatively correlated with distant metastasis.Knocked down of the expression of MUC17 promoted the migration ability of AGS cells.Besides,the expression of MUC17 was significantly correlated with the expression of tumor metastasis suppressor CDH1 gene.Conclusion MUC17 inhibits the metastasis of gastric cancer cells.
