摘　　要：这里再介绍一些罕见的消化系统疾病的诊断与治疗,内包括假性肠梗阻;耶尔森杆菌感染的急性回肠炎;胃癌伴有甲胎蛋白增高;胰腺癌伴有甲胎蛋白阳性;以嗜铬细胞瘤样症状的肝细胞癌;肝硬化门静脉高压症与淋巴肉瘤并存的巨脾与脾机能亢进;异位静脉曲张;大分子淀粉酶血症。Here we presented further eight rarely seen cases of digestive system disease,including:two cases of pseudo-intestinal obstruction;yersinia bacillus infection caused acute ileitis;gastric cancer with elevation of AFP;pancreatic carcinoma with positive AFP;liver cancer manifested as pheochromocytoma-like symptom;retroperitoneal ectopic varicosities;liver cirrhosis,portal hypertension coexisted with lymphosarcoma with giant splenomegaly and hypersplenism;megaamylasemia.
