摘 要:功能解剖学是一门形态学课程,侧重于研究人体某一局部的层次结构以及血管、神经、肌肉和器官之间的位置和毗邻关系。此课程是康复学专业非常重要的基础课程,但是功能解剖学内容庞杂、枯燥乏味、难懂难记,导致学生学习积极性不高、学习困难,影响教学效果。3D数字虚拟仿真系统具有可视化、三维化、虚拟化和交互等特点,联合这些虚拟仿真重建、虚拟可视化等软件教学,克服了传统医学教学的局限性,提高了课堂授课效率,提升了标本利用率,既可以激发学生学习的积极性、主动性,又受到了师生的认可,可促进功能解剖学的教学改革和发展。Functional anatomy is a morphological course,which focuses on the study of the hierarchical structure of a certain part of the human body and the position and adjacent relationship between blood vessels,nerves,muscles and organs.This course is a very important basic course for rehabilitation major,but because the content of functional anatomy is complex,boring,difficult to understand and remember,it leads to students’low learning enthusiasm and learning difficulties.It affects the teaching effect.3D digital virtual simulation system has the characteristics of visualization,three-dimensional,virtualization and interaction.Combined with these virtual simulation reconstruction,virtual visualization and other software teaching,it overcomes the limitations of traditional medical teaching,improves classroom efficiency,improves the utilization rate of human specimens,and stimulates the initiative and enthusiasm of students.It is recognized by medical teachers,students and clinical workers,It can promote the teaching reform and development of functional anatomy.
