摘  要:中医药院校作为中医药对外传播的载体,肩负着“中医药走向世界”的重任;青年教师是“守正创新,发扬中医”的使者,培养和输送优秀的中医药人才,以满足国家“一带一路”计划的战略需要。中医药文化知识对外传播过程中,中医思维的引导和构建是难中之难:留学生形成“中医思维”的局限性和中医药专业学生的国际化视野不足。赴外工作和交流,对青年教师拓宽国际视野、提升人文文化素质等有极大的促进作用。学校应以更宽容和信任的态度鼓励广大青年教师勇于走出“舒适圈”,大胆尝试。As the carrier of traditional Chinese medicine communication,university of traditional Chinese medicine shoulder the important task of“globalization of traditional Chinese medicine”.Young teachers are envoys of“passing on and innovating in inheriting the ancient medicine wisdom”,training and conveying outstanding traditional Chinese medicine talents to meet the strategic needs of the country’s“the Belt and Road”plan.The unavoidable question in crossing culture educating in traditional Chinese medicine is the interpretation in-between the different logical and concept background:limitation of foreign students in building up traditional Chinese medicine logic and the shortage of Chinese students in global view.Overseas working experience and communication is very important for young teachers in self-cultivation.More support and trust is required to the system and organization to encourage young teachers exploring and developing new fields.
