摘 要:【目的】为拓展食用菌中农药残留分析方法的参数。【方法】对已报道的食用菌中农药残留的色谱、质谱分析的前处理方法进行梳理、归纳和总结,并对采用依据二硫化碳含量检测香菇产品中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的准确性进行了讨论和分析。【结果】认为可在样品提取步骤通过改变单一溶剂的极性、调节pH等措施提高提取效率,在样品净化步骤,通过将多种净化材料按照一定比例配合使用,用极性不同的多种溶剂按照一定比例依次洗脱的办法提高净化效果并保证待测物质的回收率。目前,QuEchERS方法在食用菌农药残留分析前处理中应用广泛,但食用菌中通用的高通量、多参数分析的前处理方法依然难以建立。【结论】香菇基质对农药残留分析的影响不容忽视,结合鳞茎类蔬菜中农药残留的分析方法,去除其中含硫化合物对农药残留分析的影响,将有助于香菇中农药残留分析方法的建立。[Objective]To expand the parameter of pesticide types in the residue analysis.[Method]This paper combed,concluded and summarized literatures published on pesticide residue analysis with GC or GC-MS in edible fungi.And,the accuracy was discussed on the results determined for dithiocarbamate pesticide residues based on carbon disulfide contents in mushroom products.[Results]It was feasible to improve the purification effect and to ensure the recovery rate of the substance by taking a series of measures,such as by changing the polarity of a single solvent to adjust pH in the sample extraction step,and by using a variety of purification materials in a certain proportion and eluting with a variety of solvents with different polarity in a certain proportion in the sample purification step.At present,the QuEchERS method is widely used in the pretreatment of pesticide residue analysis of edible fungi,but it is difficult to establish with the high-throughput method to analyze pesticide residues in edible fungi.[Conclusion]It is not to be ignored that the influence on the determination result by lentinus edodes substrate.It will contribute to establish the method of analyzing pesticide residues in lentinus edodes by decreasing the influence of sulfur compounds according to the method in testing pesticide residues in bulb vegetables.
