摘 要:【目的】研究黑麦草和矮生百慕大混合草坪草对五毒元素(Cd、As、Cr、Pb、Hg)含量较低的江西省某典型红壤中的耐受能力和富集能力。【方法】以黑麦草和矮生百慕大混合草坪草为对象进行田间试验,测定其生长状况和富集五毒元素含量。【结果】试验区草体生长状况良好,地上部分草体长度与土壤中五毒元素含量相关性不大。草体对Cd的富集能力最强,其次为As、Cr、Pb、Hg,在低Cd含量红壤中对Cd的平均富集系数达到1.156,平均转运系数达到0.923。Cd含量最高试验区的草体和附着土壤的Cd总量为2.353 mg/m^(2),其中根、茎叶和附着土壤的Cd含量占比分别为3.82%、7.86%、88.32%。【结论】混合草坪草对红壤中低含量Cd具有较高的耐受能力和富集能力,且移栽草坪富集的Cd以附着土壤中的Cd为主。[Objective]The field experiment was conducted to study the tolerance and enrichment abilities of ryegrass and dwarf bermuda mixed turfgrass to low-content five toxic elements(Cd,As,Cr,Pb,Hg)in a typical red soil region of Jiangxi Province.[Method]The ryegrass and dwarf bermuda mixed turfgrass was cultivated and the growth status and enrichment contents of 5 toxic elements were determined.[Results]The results showed that the grass grew well in each test area,and the length of overground part was not obviously related with the contents of five toxic elements in the soil.The mixed turfgrass had the strongest enrichment ability for Cd,followed by As,Cr,Pb,and Hg.In the red soil area with low content of Cd,the average bioconcentration factor and translocation factor for Cd were 1.156 and 0.923,respectively.In the experimental area with the highest content of Cd in soil,the total amount of Cd in grass and attached soil was 2.353 mg/m^(2),and the proportions of Cd in root,stem and leaves,attached soil were 3.82%,7.86%,and 88.32%,respectively.[Conclusion]The ryegrass and bermuda mixed turfgrass had relatively high tolerance and enrichment abilities for Cd in red soil.The Cd in transplanted lawn was mainly carried by attached soil.
