摘 要:目的探讨“微信公众号+医学科普”教学模式在骨科临床实习中的应用效果,旨在优化教学模式,提高医学生临床实习质量。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月在上海中医药大学附属普陀医院骨科实习的56名五年制临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用传统教学模式联合“微信公众号+医学科普”教学模式。比较两组临床基本能力及教学满意度。结果入科前,两组迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)量表评分比较差异无统计学意义;出科时,两组Mini-CEX量表评分较入科前显著提升,观察组成绩显著高于对照组,且教学满意度明显高于对照组。结论骨科临床实习中,采用“微信公众号+医学科普”教学模式能够增强实习生临床基本能力,提高实习生教学满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the applicated effect of the"WeChat public account+popular medical science"teaching mode in orthopedics clinical internship,to optimize the teaching mode and improve the quality of clinical medical students′internships.Methods 56 clinical medical students who practiced in the orthopedic department of Putuo Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each group with 28 students.The control group used the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used the traditional teaching mode combined with the"WeChat public account+popular medical science"teaching mode.Compared the basic clinical competence and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results Before entrance to the department,there was no statistical significance difference in the Mini-CEX scale scores between the two groups;in the final examinations,the Mini-CEX scale scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before entrance to the department,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the teaching satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The"WeChat public account+popular medical science"teaching mode in orthopedics clinical internship can enhance the basic clinical ability of interns and improve their teaching satisfactions.
