药学专业新生和毕业生主动性人格与生涯适应力现状及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨药学专业新生和毕业生主动性人格与生涯适应力现状及相关性。方法采用主动性人格量表、生涯适应力量表对278名药学专业新生及172名毕业生进行问卷调查,采用State 14.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果药学专业新生积极性、变革性、生涯好奇、生涯关注、生涯人际、生涯自信维度得分均高于毕业生,二者的主动性人格和生涯适应力呈显著正相关关系。结论药学专业新生和毕业生主动性人格和生涯适应力量表各维度得分比较有一定差异,主动性人格有利于提高学生职业适应性。Objective To explore the status and correlation of proactive personality and career adaptability of freshmen and graduates majoring in pharmacy.Methods A total of 278 freshmen and 172 graduates majoring in pharmacy were investigated by proactive personality scale and career adaptability scale.The data were analyzed by State 14.0 software.Results The scores of enthusiasm,transformation,career curiosity,career concern,career interpersonal relationship and career self-confidence of freshmen majoring in pharmacy were higher than those of graduates.There was a significant positive correlation between proactive personality and career adaptability.Conclusion There are some differences in the scores of each aspects of the proactive personality and career adaptability scale between freshmen and graduates majoring in pharmacy.So proactive personality is conducive to improving students′career adaptability.
