医药高职学校管理学基础教学中 融入课程思政的思考与探索

摘　　要：通过对管理学基础学科特点的分析,阐明开展课程思政的必要性和现实意义,提出目前教学实践中开展课程思政存在认识和能力不足、形式呆板、内容单一、与现实脱节等主要问题,应将中国传统文化思想、中华医药文化、新时代中国特色社会主义思想和社会主义核心价值观作为思政内容融入管理学基础教学中,并探讨重新制订课程标准、优化课程设计、改革教学方法等的实现途径。Through the analysis of the characteristics of the Fundamentals of management,this paper expounds the necessity and practical significance of carrying out Ideological&Political course,points out that there are some major problems in the teaching practice of carrying out Ideological&Political course,such as insufficient understanding and ability,rigid form,single content and disconnection from reality The socialist thought with Chinese characteristics and socialist core values in the new era are integrated into the fundamentals of management as the Ideological&Political content,and the realization approaches such as re-formulating curriculum standards,optimizing curriculum design,and reforming teaching methods are discussed.
