摘  要:本试验旨在探讨复合植物营养素(CPN)对育肥小尾寒羊瘤胃发酵参数、瘤胃菌群及背最长肌脂肪酸组成的影响。试验选用体重[(24.18±0.31)kg]相近且健康状况良好的4月龄小尾寒羊育肥母羊16只,随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,而试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中加入了3‰CPN的试验饲粮。试验期97 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)添加CPN能显著降低育肥小尾寒羊瘤胃氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度(P<0.05);2)添加CPN可影响育肥小尾寒羊瘤胃菌群Beta多样性;3)添加CPN可显著增加酸杆菌门(Acidobacteriota)、柔膜菌科UCG-002(Erysipelotrichaceae_UCG-002)、乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)和巨型球菌属(Megasphaera)的相对丰度(P<0.05),并显著降低拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和普雷沃氏菌属(Prevotella)的相对丰度(P<0.05);4)添加CPN对育肥小尾寒羊背最长肌的脂肪酸组成无显著影响(P>0.05);5)背最长肌中单不饱和脂肪酸总量、C18∶1n9c、C14∶1、C16∶1、C18∶2n6c、C18∶3n3含量及n-3高度不饱和脂肪酸总量与Megasphaera、Erysipelotrichaceae_UCG-002、解琥珀酸菌属(Succiniclasticum)和瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus)相对丰度存在相关关系(P<0.05)。综上所述,CPN能够调控育肥小尾寒羊瘤胃菌群结构,并可降低瘤胃NH3-N浓度。在生产实践中,CPN可作为一种瘤胃生态调节剂。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of compound plant nutrients(CPN)on rumen fermentation parameters,rumen microbiota and fatty acid composition of longissimus dorsi muscle in finishing small tail Han sheep. Sixteen 4-month-old finishing small tail Han sheep with an initial body weight(BW)of(24.18±0.31)kg were randomly divided into two groups,namely,with 8 replicates per group and 1 sheep per replicate. The sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,whereas the sheep of the control group(CPN group)was fed the basal diet supplementation with 3 ‰ CPN. The experiment lasted for 97 days after 7days adaption. The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,1)adding CPN decreased the concentration of ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)(P<0.05);2)CPN supplementation affected beta diversity of rumen microbiota;3)the relative abundance of Acidobacteriota,Erysipelotrichaceae_UCG-002,Lactobacillus,and Megasphaera were enhanced by adding CPN(P<0.05),whereas,the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes and Prevotella was lower(P<0.05);4)the supplementation of CPN had no significant effect on fatty acid composition of longissimus dorsi muscle of fattening small-tailed Han sheep(P>0.05);5)the contents of total MUFA,C18∶1n9c,C14∶1,C16∶1,C18∶2n6c,C18∶3n3 and n-3PUFA in the longissimus dorsi muscle were correlated with the relative abundance of Megasphaera,Erysipelotrichaceae_UCG-002,Succiniclasticum and Ruminococcus(P<0.05). In conclusion,CPN can regulate the rumen microbiota structure and reduce the rumen NH3-N concentration of fattening small-tailed Han sheep. In production practice,CPN can be used as a rumen ecological regulator.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(1):380-390]
