摘　　要：目的对2010~2020年中文期刊发表的中医药治疗抑郁症的临床研究文献进行分析,探索研究规律以指导未来临床研究方向。方法采用文献计量学方法对2010~2020年中文期刊发表的中医药治疗抑郁症的文献进行计量分析,以年度论文发表量、期刊载文量及被引频次、发文机构发文情况、研究热点及基金资助等为指标进行统计分析。结果近11年内年平均发文量81篇,从计量分析上看2010~2015年,中医药治疗抑郁症的文章数量呈现逐渐增长态势;2015~2020年逐渐下降,且核心期刊占比较低。结论今后的研究应通过“分子网络—药理活性—病证效应”多层次整合来阐释中药方剂临床疗效的产生机制,以期为中医药治疗抑郁症提供高质量的循证医学证据。Objective To analyze the clinical research on treating depression with traditional Chinese medicine between 2010 and 2020 in China,and explore the regularity to guide the future clinical research direction.Methods The metrology was used to measure and analyze the literature published in the Chinese Journal of 2010~2020 on the treatment of depression in traditional Chinese medicine.The analysis is based on the annual publication volume,periodicals load volume,frequency of citation,the type of the author's office,research hot spots and funding.Results The average number of articles in the last 11 years is 81 per year.The analysis shows that the number of articles has increased from 2010 to 2015 and decreased from 2015 to 2020.In addition,the proportion of core periodicals is relatively low.Conclusion Future studies should aim to the mechanism of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions through the multilevel integration of"molecular network-pharmacological activity-disease effect",to provide high quality evidencebased medical evidence for the treatment of depression by traditional Chinese medicine.
