摘　　要：目的探讨保乳手术对乳腺癌患者术后心理状态、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法按照随机选取原则抽选本医院于2017年1月~2021年1月中收治的乳腺癌患者共86例参与手术治疗实验,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例,其中对照组采取根治切除术,观察组则采取保乳治疗方案,最终比较两组患者的各项临床指标、临床疗效、手术不良反应发生率、治疗前后心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分以及生活质量评分。结果经过手术治疗与持续跟踪调查,观察组各项临床指标均优于对照组;观察组疾病复发率、转移率均低于对照组,观察组生存率高于对照组,观察组手术之后发生不良反应的概率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后心理状态评分改善情况优于对照组;观察组睡眠质量以及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规切除手术方式相比,保乳手术的安全性更高,能够取得更好的治疗效果,有效缩短患者治疗住院的时间,缓解患者的不良情绪,增强其治愈的信心。Objective To explore the effect of breast conserving surgery on postoperative psychological status,sleep quality and quality of life in breast cancer patients. Methods According to the principle of random selection,a total of 86 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to mid January 2021 were selected to participate in the surgical treatment experiment. They were divided into two groups with 43 patients in each group by using the random number table method. The control group was treated with radical resection,and the observation group was treated with breast conserving treatment. Finally,the clinical indicators,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,psychological status scores before and after treatment sleep quality score and quality of life score. Results After surgical treatment and continuous follow-up investigation,the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the probability of adverse reactions after operation in the observation group was much lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of psychological state score in the observation group before and after treatment was better than that in the control group;The scores of sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional resection,breast conserving surgery has higher safety,can achieve better therapeutic effect,effectively shorten the time of hospitalization,alleviate the patients’ bad mood and enhance their confidence in cure.
