摘 要:目的探讨冥想训练对重症心衰患者血压、心率、睡眠及负性情绪的影响。方法本研究对象为2019年2月~2021年2月我院76例重症心衰住院患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用基础治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合冥想训练。比较两组干预前后血压、心率以及匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)。结果两组干预后PSQI指数、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著降低,且干预后观察组显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);两组干预后血压、心率均显著降低,且干预后观察组显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论冥想训练能够有效提高重症心衰患者的睡眠质量,降低焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,并能帮助患者控制血压、心率水平。Objective To explore the effects of meditation training on blood pressure,heart rate,sleep and negative emotions in patients with severe heart failure.Methods Seventy-six inpatients with severe heart failure in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with basic treatment and nursing care,and the observation group was combined with meditation training on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,heart rate,Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The PSQI index,HAMA score,and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly reduced after the intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Meditation training can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with severe heart failure,reduce anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and can help patients control blood pressure and heart rate levels.
