心理护理对食管癌患者心理状态及康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者采用心理护理对其术后康复的影响。方法纳入120例食管癌患者进行研究(2019年4月~2021年4月),按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60,采用排痰护理及疼痛护理)和观察组(n=60,采用排痰护理及疼痛护理+心理护理),比较两组患者心理状态、康复指标、应对方式的差异。结果(1)心理状态:观察组抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)康复指标(排痰措施实施时间、痰液改善时间、自主咳嗽恢复时间、每日排痰量、呼吸机使用时间、住院时间、疼痛程度):观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)应对方式:观察组面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05),回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在食管癌患者术后康复中效果确切,可改善其心理状态及应对方式,值得借鉴参考。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 157 patients with esophageal cancer were included in the study(April 2019 to April 2021).They were randomly divided into the control group(n=79,using expectoration nursing and pain nursing)and the observation group(n=78,using expectoration nursing and pain nursing+psychological nursing).The differences in psychological status,rehabilitation indicators and coping styles between the two groups were compared.Results(1)Psychological status:the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)(2)Rehabilitation indicators(implementation time of sputum excretion measures,sputum improvement time,spontaneous cough recovery time,daily sputum excretion volume,ventilator use time,hospitalization time,pain degree):the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Coping style:the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the avoidance and submission score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing are effective in the postoperative rehabilitation of esophageal cancer patients,which can improve their psychological state and coping style,which is worthy of reference.
