摘 要:为了改善船用气体机配气机构的动力学特性,提出了一种凸轮型线的优化方法。先搭建单阀系分析模型,找到凸轮设计中各项参数与配气机构动力学特性之间的关系;再用分析软件找到最为合理的进排气凸轮型线设计方案;将优化前后的凸轮型对应的动力学分析结果对比,得出一种船用气体机凸轮型线的优化方法。研究结果表明,优化后的凸轮型线显著提升了配气机构的动力学特性,该设计方法具有适用性与可行性。In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of valve train of marine gas engine, an optimization method of cam profile is proposed in this paper. First, the single valve system analysis model is established to find the relationship between various parameters in cam design and the dynamic characteristics of valve train;Then using analysis software, the most reasonable design scheme of inlet and exhaust cam profile is found;Finally, a cam profile optimization method of marine gas engine is obtained by comparing the dynamic analysis results of the cam profile. The results show that the optimized cam profile significantly improves the dynamic characteristics of the valve train, which shows the applicability and feasibility of the design.
