摘 要:为了探究端曲面齿轮防滑差速器的运动特性和防滑性能,基于端曲面齿轮副啮合原理和差速器工作原理,建立了端曲面齿轮防滑差速器的静力学模型,分析了端曲面齿轮副阶数、偏心率以及转速差对差速器转弯时运动特性的影响;利用Adams软件对端曲面防滑差速器的防滑特性进行了动力学仿真。结果表明,与普通圆锥差速器相比,端曲面齿轮防滑差速器具有显著的防滑特性,防滑系数可达2.5。通过简化端曲面齿轮防滑差速器模型,搭建差速器实验平台,得到了非圆行星齿轮偏转角速度,验证了在差速状态时其理论值的准确性。In order to analyze motion and anti-slip characteristics of a limited-slip differential with curve-faced gear-pair, a static model of the differential is established based on the principle of the curve-faced gear pair meshing and the differential. The influence of the order, the eccentricity and the gear pair′s velocity on the differential′s motion characteristics when turning is analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of the limited-slip differential with curve-faced gears are worked out with the Adams software. The results show that, compared with the ordinary cone differential, the limited-slip differential with curve-faced gears has significant anti-slip characteristics, and the anti-slip coefficient can reach 2.5. By simplifying the limited-slip differential with curve-faced gear pair, an experimental platform is built. The deflection angular velocity value of the non-circular planetary gear is obtained, which verifies its theoretical value′s accuracy in the differential state.
