摘  要:牟宗三是现代新儒家群体中哲学话语创新成就最为突出的思想家。他的哲学话语自觉主要表现在创造性诠释中国哲学史、创新性发展中国哲学、揭示中国哲学的特质与现代价值等方面。他旗帜鲜明地提出了第三期儒学、新外王、智的直觉、良知坎陷、执的存有论、无执的存有论、内在超越、外在超越、圆教与圆善等创新性概念,构建了新心学话语体系,推动了中国哲学的创造性转化和创新性发展。他的哲学话语创新经验为当前中国哲学话语体系的构建提供了直接借鉴。Mou Zongsan is the most outstanding thinker in the modern neo Confucian group who has made the most outstanding achievements in philosophical discourse innovation. His philosophical discourse consciousness is mainly manifested in the creative interpretation of the history of Chinese philosophy, the innovative development of Chinese philosophy, and the revelation of the characteristics and modern values of Chinese philosophy. He put forward such innovative concepts as the third phase of Confucianism, the outer achievement, the intuition of wisdom, the collapse of conscience, the ontological theory of attachment, the ontological theory of non attachment, the internal transcendence, the external transcendence, the moral education and the moral virtue, constructed the discourse system of the new mind theory, and promoted the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese philosophy. His experience of philosophical discourse innovation provides a direct reference for the construction of the discourse system of modern Chinese philosophy.
