摘  要:中国共产党创建的公学教育在扬弃西方公学与晚清民国公学优劣的基础上,适应不同历史时期社会形势,以国家和民族需要为导向,坚持人民性、无产阶级革命性和自觉地中国化、民族化特质,探索出一条扎根中国的新型高等教育发展道路。其精神在今天仍然有着强烈的现实意义,包括:坚持正确育人观,重视马克思主义的引领作用;贯彻教育真正平等,最广泛地赋予人民群众受教育权利,最终目的是要服务人民;教育理念切合中国共产党宗旨,推崇家国情怀,积极鼓励学生到基层到祖国最需要的地方等。Absorbing the advantages and discarding the disadvantages of Western public schools and the public schools appeared in late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the public education established by the Communist Party of China(CPC) creates a new path for the higher education struck roots in China. Its establishment adapted to the social circumstances in different historical periods, based on the needs of the country, and adhered to the features of affinity to the people, proletariat revolution and conscious localization and nationalization. Up to this day, the spirit of public education still possesses intense practical significance, including insisting on the right educational concept, attaching importance to the leading role of Marxism, implementing real equality in education, granting the public the most extensive right to education, serving the people, conforming to the education philosophy of the CPC, advocating patriotism, and encouraging graduates to go down to the grass-roots units and wherever the motherland needs most.
