摘　　要：目的:探讨正性暗示语言对初次接受经皮肾镜肾结石取石术(Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy,PCNL)患者的术前应激反应研究。方法:收集初次接受PCNL患者94例,分为实验组51人,对照组43人,实验组患者在术前准备时接受安抚性语言和正性暗示语言,对照组仅接受安抚性语言,测量两组患者的干预前后恐惧视觉模拟评分VAS、血压和心率情况。结果:语言干预前,两组患者恐惧VAS评分、收缩压、舒张压和心率之间差异性均无统计学差异,接受语言干预后,实验组患者的恐惧VAS评分、收缩压、舒张压及心率均有所降低,前后比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者收缩压、心率的降低有统计学意义(P<0.05),恐惧VAS评分、舒张压变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正性暗示语言有助于降低PCNL患者的术前应激反应。Objective:To explore the effect of positive suggestive language on preoperative stress response in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)for the first time.Methods:94 patients who received PCNL for the first time were collected and divided into 51 patients in the experimental group and 43 patients in the control group.The patients in the experimental group received soothing language and positive suggestive language during preoperative preparation,and the patients in the control group only received soothing language.The change of the scores of visual analog scales(VAS),blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed.Results:Before the intervention of language,there was no significant difference between the two groups in fear VAS score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate.After the intervention of language,the VAS score of fear,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients in the experimental group were decreased,which differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The decrease of systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the changes of fear VAS score(P=0.249)and diastolic blood pressure(P=0.151)were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Positive suggestive language is helpful to reduce the preoperative stress response of PCNL patients.
