摘 要:为探究丁酸钠与沸石混合添加对蛋鸡盲肠内容物体外发酵过程中产氨量及微生物群落变化的影响。试验选取10只30周龄、体重(1.5±0.1)kg的白来航蛋鸡,取其盲肠内容物获取体外发酵菌源,将发酵菌源与发酵底物添加到发酵瓶中,随后依据质量比将试验分为4组:对照组(无任何添加,CT组),添加0.15%丁酸钠组(A组),添加1.5%沸石组(B组)及添加0.15%丁酸钠+1.5%沸石组(C组),每组4个重复,每个重复1个发酵瓶。通入CO_(2)排净空气后,39℃环境下进行12 h体外发酵模拟试验,发酵结束后比较各组之间的氨气产量、尿素含量、脲酶活性以及微生物群落差异。试验结果表明:混合添加组发酵产物中氨气产量为10.84μg,显著低于其他3组(P<0.05);脲酶活性为0.45 mg/mL·24 h,显著低于其他3组(P<0.05)。尿素含量为0.175 mmol/L,显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,混合添加组属水平中拟杆菌属相对丰度增加6.8个百分比,乳酸杆菌属增加2.48个百分比。综上所述,与单一添加丁酸钠或沸石相比,丁酸钠与沸石混合添加在体外发酵条件下可更有效减少氨气产生,同时改善盲肠内容物中微生物结构。To investigate the effects of sodium butyrate mixed with zeolite addition on ammonia production and microbial community changes during the in vitro fermentation of the cecum contents of laying hens.Ten 30-week-old White Leghorn laying hens with the weight of(1.5±0.1) kg were selected for in vitro fermentation bacterial source from caecal contents.The fermentation bacteria source and substrate were added to the fermentation flask,and then the experiment was divided into four groups according to the mass ratio:control group(without any addition),adding 0.15%sodium butyrate group,adding 1.5%zeolite group and adding 0.15%sodium butyrate+1.5%zeolite group,with four replicates in each group and one fermentation flask in each replicate.After CO_(2) was injected and the air was cleared,a 12 h in vitro fermentation simulation experiment was conducted at 39℃.After fermentation,the differences of ammonia production,urea content,urease activity and microbial communities among the groups were compared.The results showed as followings:ammonia production of fermentation products in mixed supplemental group was 10.84μg,which was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05);The urease activity was 0.45 mg/mL·24 h,which was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).Urea content was 0.175 mmol/L,which was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Bacteroides and Lactobacillus increased by 6.8%and 2.48%at the genus level in the mixed supplementation group.In summary,the addition of sodium butyrate mixed with zeolite to simulated fermentation conditions in vitro could reduce ammonia production more effectively compared with the addition of sodium butyrate or zeolite alone,while improving the microbial structure of the cecum contents.In conclusion,the mixed addition of sodium butyrate and zeolite was more effective in reducing ammonia production under in vitro fermentation conditions compared with single addit
