摘  要:试验旨在研究饮水中添加不同复合酶对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标、免疫功能和肠道结构的影响,将4 000羽29日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每重复200羽(公母各半)。对照组饮水中无添加,试验1组、2组饮水中分别添加50 mg/L和100 mg/L复合酶A,试验3、4组饮水中分别添加125 mg/L和175 mg/L复合酶B,各组饲喂相同日粮(未添加酶制剂),试验期40 d,测定70日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标、免疫功能和肠道结构。结果表明:(1)试验组70日龄平均体重、29~70日龄平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)试验2、3、4组血清羟自由基含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)试验4组血清溶菌酶活性、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组免疫器官指数及胸腺白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α等与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(4)试验4组十二指肠重量、绒毛高度、黏膜层厚度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验1组空肠绒毛高度和黏膜层厚度、试验2组空肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度、试验4组空肠重量和隐窝深度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验4组回肠重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,两种复合酶均可显著提高黄羽肉鸡的生长性能,复合酶B可以提高黄羽肉鸡血清抗氧化功能和免疫功能,改善十二指肠及空肠结构,推荐饮水中添加剂量以125 mg/L为宜。This experiment aims to study the effects of adding complex enzymes in drinking on performance, serum antioxidant indexes, immune function and intestinal structure of yellow-feathered chickens. A total of 4 000 feather 29-day health yellow-feathered chickens were randomly allocated to five groups with four replications per group and 200 feather per replicate. The control group was fed water with no adding. The treatment group 1 and 2 were fed water with 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L complex enzyme A respectively, and treatment group 3 and 4 were fed water with 125 mg/L and 175 mg/L complex enzyme B respectively. All treatments were fed the same diet(without enzyme preparation). After 40 days, the serum antioxidant indexes, immune function and intestinal structure were measured. The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control group, the 70 d average final weight and average 29-79 d daily gain in the four treatment groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed/gain was significantly reduced(P<0.05) by complex enzyme A and B;(2) There were no significant differences(P>0.05) in serum DPPH free radical and the superxide dismutase among five groups. Compared with the control group,the hydroxyl free radical in 2, 3 and 4 treatment groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);(3)There were no significant differences(P>0.05) in serum total protein, albumin and IgG among 5 groups.Compared with the control group, the serum lysozyme activity, IgA and IgM contents in the four treatment groups were significantly increased(P<0.05). There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in the immune organ index, thymic interleukin-1, interleukin-6, interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor-α, etc.among five groups.(4) Compared with the control group, the weight, villus height, mucosal layer thickness and villus height/crypt depth of duodenal in treatment group 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05);the villus height and mucosal thickness in treatment group 1, the villus height and depth of the crypt in treatment 2 and the weight and c
