摘  要:目的:比较金钮扣茎、叶和花中挥发油成分的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取金钮扣挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)结合主成分分析及聚类分析的方法对金纽扣不同部位挥发性成分的构成和差异予以探讨分析。结果:从金钮扣不同部位定性分析出的挥发性成分合计有91种,其茎、叶和花中分别有55、58、49种。共有成分有22种,花、茎和叶中特有成分分别为2、10和30种。通过主成分分析和聚类分析可知金钮扣不同部位挥发油的挥发性成分差异较大。结论:金钮扣茎、花以及叶内的挥发油物质的品类以及浓度之间有着明显的不同,这也对金纽扣各个位置深入性地分析其药用、工业方面应用等奠定了重要基础。Objective:The study aimed to compare the differences of volatile oil components in the stems,leaves and flowers of Acmella paniculata.Methods:The volatile oils of Acmella paniculata were extracted by hydrodistillation,and the constituents and differences of volatile oil components of different parts of Acmella paniculata were investigated by GC-MS combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 91 volatile oil components were qualitatively analyzed from different parts of Acmella paniculata,with 55,58,and 49 kinds in the stems,leaves,and flowers,respectively.Among them,there were 22 components shared by the three parts,and 10,30 and 2 components were unique to the stems,leaves and fiowers,respectively.According to the principal component analysis and cluster analysis,it could be seen that the volatile oil components in different parts of Acmella paniculata were quite different.Conclusion:the classes and concentrations of volatile oil substances in the stems,fiowers and leaves of Acmella paniculate were with significant differences.The study lays an important foundation for the in-depth analysis of the medicinal and industrial applications of Acmella paniculate various parts.
