摘　　要：我国正在推进巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接。脱贫攻坚政策背景下成长起来的扎根乡土产业致富带头人与农村社会有天然的社会文化关联,可在产业发展、乡村治理和乡风建设等方面发挥独特的衔接作用,促进农村社会从摆脱绝对贫困走向全面振兴。扎根乡土产业致富带头人的衔接作用发挥受到人才、市场与政策等因素影响,可立足乡土资源,从制定精准培育方案、拓展联农带农功能、涵养本土人才生态三个方面推进扎根乡土产业致富带头人培育。Our country is promoting the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievement of poverty alleviation and rural vitalization.Growing up under the policy of poverty alleviation,the industrial leaders becoming the rich who roots in the countryside has a naturally social and cultural connection with rural society,can play a unique connecting role in industrial development,rural governance and rural atmosphere construction,promoting rural society from getting rid of absolute poverty to all-round vitalization.The connecting role is affected by factors concluding talents,market and policy.The cultivation strategies can be formulated from the following three aspects:formulating accurate cultivation plans based on local resources,expanding the function of interest linking with small farmers,and cultivating the ecology of local talents in the countryside.
