摘　　要：结合高等院校现有的大学生创新创业计划等实践教学体系,合理设计凸显劳动育人的理念和价值的劳动实践内容,建立劳动素养过程评价指标,形成“科—教—劳”联合育人的可持续发展的创新实践教学新模式,是高等院校拓展劳动实践场所、解决经费投入、降低人才队伍建设所需资源的有效途径。该次实验研究选取了9名在校大三学生作为研究对象,采集了学生静息心率和长达300分钟的瞬时心率,引入瞬时相对心率指数、劳动强度分级等参数,建立了基于瞬时相对心率指数平均强度(IRHRIAI)的劳动素养过程评价指标。结果分析表明,同年级的学生在相同的劳动实践环境下,考虑性别对IRHRIAI数值的影响并进行修正后,IRHRIAI指标能客观准确地评价学生的劳动强度。How to combine the existing practical teaching system such as the innovative and entrepreneurial plan of college students to reasonably design the labor practice content that highlights the concept and value of labor education,to establish labor literacy evaluation indicators,and to form a new innovative practical teaching model of sustainable development of science-teaching-labor education is an effective way for colleges and universities to expand the labor practice field,solve the financial input and reduce the resources needed for the construction of talents.In this experimental study,9 junior undergraduates were selected as the research objects,and the resting heart rate and 300 minutes’instantaneous heart were collected,and the parameters such as instantaneous relative heart rate index and labor intensity classification were introduced to establish the labor literacy process evaluation index of Average Intensity of Instantaneous Relative Heart Rate Index(IRHRIAI).The results show that IRHRIAI index can objectively and accurately quantify students’labor participation after considering the influence of gender on IRHRIAI in the same labor practice environment.
