孔子君子人格思想对新时代大学生人生观培育的启示

摘　　要：君子人格集中反映了儒家的道德追求,是孔子理想人格的典型范式,是对“圣人”人格的补充,但比之更具有现实操作性和普遍适用性。以新时代为背景,充分认识孔子君子人格思想与大学生人生观培育的内在契合性,深入挖掘和探析孔子君子人格思想所蕴藏的价值,使之成为培育新时代大学生科学人生观的有益启迪。大学生应向君子借智慧,以君子学以致道之知提升道德认知、以君子学道则爱人激发道德情感、以君子忠恕之道构筑道德意志、以君子勇而不惧之心付诸道德行为,从而肩负起民族伟大复兴的重任。Reflecting the moral pursuit of Confucianism,the personality of the gentleman is the typical ideal personality of Confucius,and is a supplement to the“sage”personality,but has more practical operability and universal applicability.We should fully understand the inherent compatibility between Confucius’s thought of gentleman personality and the cultivation of college students’outlook on life in the new era,deeply explore and analyze the connotation of Confucius’s thought of gentleman personality,so as to make it a beneficial enlightenment to cultivate college students’healthy outlook on life in the new era.It is necessary to borrow wisdom from the gentleman,enhance moral cognition with the gentleman’s knowledge of Tao,stimulate moral emotion with the gentleman’s knowledge of Tao,build moral will with the gentleman’s loyalty and forgiveness,put into moral behavior with the gentleman’s courage and fearless heart,thus shoulder the great task of national rejuvenation.
