摘 要:青少年正处于生理和心理的重大变化时期,是应激事件的脆弱人群,在突发公共事件中更容易出现心理方面的问题。积极情绪是人类心理健康的重要保护因子。在疫情背景下,探讨青少年积极情绪的培养,帮助他们更好地应对突发公共事件具有十分重要的意义。调研发现,新冠疫情导致一些青少年产生了负面情绪、成瘾行为、强迫行为,出现了人际摩擦加剧、躯体问题显现、学习适应不良等问题。通过培养青少年情绪调节能力、提高青少年自我关怀水平、增进师生关系、促进亲子关系、践行建设性新闻理念、加强正面价值观引导等措施,可促进青少年积极情绪的培养。Adolescents are in the period of great physiological and psychological changes,and they are vulnerable to stress events.They are more likely to have psychological problems in public emergencies.Positive emotion is an important protective factor of human mental health.Under the background of normalization of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,it has important significance to explore the cultivation of positive emotions of adolescents,and helps them better cope with public emergencies.It is found that the COVID-19 epidemic has caused negative emotions,addictive behaviors,compulsive behaviors,intensified interpersonal friction,physical problems,maladjustment in learning and other problems for adolescents.By cultivating adolescents’emotional adjustment ability,improving adolescents’self-care level,promoting the relationship between teachers and students,promoting parent-child relationship,practicing the concept of constructive news,strengthening the guidance of positive values and other measures,the cultivation of adolescents’positive emotions is promoted.
