摘 要:上港十四区项目中风塔外挂的独特的柱面网格钢结构,采用先进的计算机同步控制液压提升的方式完成施工安装,项目位于上海宝山北,紧邻长江口,施工环境条件恶劣,受多种复杂因素的制约,对钢结构在提升中测量的效率和精度提出了要求。为此,项目团队开发了一套可与液压提升系统保持数据交互的构件空间运动姿态自动测量的技术方法与监测系统,详述了该自动测量技术实现的硬件配套、软件开发、操作方式。通过该技术在风塔钢结构提升中的成功应用,自动测量的效率和质量均得到大幅提高。The unique cylindrical grid steel structure attached to the wind tower in the 14th District Project of Shanggang Port is constructed and installed by means of advanced computer synchronous control hydraulic lifting. The project is located in the north of Baoshan, Shanghai, and close to the mouth of the Yangtze River. The construction environmental conditions are harsh. Constrained by a variety of complex factors, the efficiency and accuracy of steel structure measurement during hoisting are required. The project team develops a set of technical methods and monitoring systems for automatic measurement of component space motion posture that can maintain data interaction with the hydraulic hoisting system. The hardware matching, software development and operation mode of the automatic measurement technology are described in detail. Through the successful application of this technology in the lifting of wind tower steel structure, the efficiency and quality of automatic measurement are greatly improved.
