摘 要:集体备课是提高课程教学质量的重要手段。在实践过程中,由于主客观多方面原因,集体备课出现了走过场应付检查、主题偏离拖沓冗长和文档素材管理混乱等问题,使集体备课无法发挥其应有效能。为此,该文结合实际,提出加强集体备课组织管理、创新集体备课形式、规范集体备课内容和做好成果积累转化等改进措施建议,以期集体备课进入良性循环,在提高人才培养质量、促进教师队伍建设过程中发挥更大作用。Collective teaching preparation is an important method to improve the quality of teaching.Due to the objective and subjective reasons,some problems such as formalism,long and drawn out off-topic speech,disorganized information management has arisen in the process of collective teaching preparation.These problems make collective teaching preparation less effective than it should be.Therefore,this paper proposes a number of improvement methods in conjunction with the actual situation,such as strengthening organizational management,innovative forms and standardize the content of collective teaching preparation,and improve the accumulation and conversion of achievements etc.We're looking forward to getting collective teaching preparation into a healthy cycle.Making it more useful in the process of improving the quality of personnel training,and promoting faculty development in the future.
