摘 要:目的:构建基于二维码的电子健康卡系统并研究其在耳鼻喉科患者随访中的应用。方法:构建基于二维码的电子健康卡系统依托医院微医疗平台,对患者形成唯一标识以及实践戳由此进行信息摘要算法(MD5)计算生成字符串,依据此形成二维电子诊疗卡,同时通过将其与医院信息系统(HIS)进行相应的连接与改造,在医院范围内广泛应用。选取医院眼耳鼻咽喉科自2019年3月至2021年2月收治的90例患者,按照就诊时间分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组给予常规随访,观察组采用基于二维码的电子健康卡系统进行随访,对比两组患者出院后随访半年的成功率、院方随访人员无形成果评分和患者满意度。结果:观察组与对照组相比,出院后随访6个月成功率较高,差异有统计学意义(x2=6.702,P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比随访责任心、团队精神、沟通能力、积极性及解决问题能力评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.472,t=4.313,t=4.791,t=4.279,t=3.678;P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比患者随访满意率较高,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.406,P<0.05)。结论:通过构建基于二维码的电子健康卡系统并将其应用在耳鼻喉科患者的随访中,患者出院后的随访成功率显著提高,还可提升无形成果评分,获得较高的随访工作满意度。Objective: To construct an electric system of health card based on Quick Response(QR) code, and to explore the application of that in the follow-up of patients in the department of otolaryngology. Methods: Depended on the micro-medicine platform of hospital, the constructed QR electric system of health card produced unique identification and practical poke of patients so as to calculate and produce character string by conducting information digest algorithm(MD5). On the basis of above methods, the QR electric card of diagnosis and treatment was produced,and it could be widely applied in all range of hospital by connecting it with hospital information system(HIS). Ninety patients admitted to the department of otolaryngology of hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by clinic times of them,with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine follow-up, and the observation group adopted the electric system of health card based QR code to conduct follow-up. And then, the success rates of half year follow up after patients discharged hospital, the scores of intangible achievements of paramedics of hospital by follow-up and the satisfactions of patients between two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher success rate in the follow-up six months after discharge, and the difference of that between the two groups was statistically significant(x~2=6.702, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores of responsibility, team spirit, communication ability, enthusiasm and problemsolving ability, and the differences of them between two groups were statistically significant(t=6.472, t=4.313,t=4.791, t=4.279, t=3.678, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had higher follow-up satisfaction, and the difference of that between two groups was statistically significant(x~2=4.406, P<0.05)
