摘 要:目的:研发一种基于掌上电脑(PDA)的便携式伤员体征监测与分类系统,提高前端伤员信息的自动快速感知和高效分类救治。方法:便携式伤员体征监测与检伤分类PDA系统由便携式体征监测设备、手持PDA终端及终端应用程序(APP)软件构成,手持PDA终端由PDA设备和托架组成,终端APP软件基于Microsoft Visual C++工具进行开发,通过无线网络和便携式体征监测设备实现对伤员体征信息实时监控,通过手持PDA终端对伤员伤情进行分类分析。选取医院急诊收治的2 666例伤员的急救数据,对比简易检伤分类和便携式伤员体征监测与分类PDA系统检伤分类的效能。结果:便携式伤员体征监测与分类PDA系统对伤员数据采集传输稳定可靠,系统整体展开时间≤1 min,检伤分类速度<1 min,轻伤、中度伤、重伤和危重伤4类伤情分类平均准确率达到89%,高于简易检伤分类的68.8%。结论:便携式伤员体征监测与检伤分类PDA系统能够对伤员体征信息获取与录入、实时监控和分类分析,提高一线救护人员救治效率,为伤员早期救治提供辅助决策支撑。Objective: To develop a portable real-time monitoring and triage system of vital signs of wounded based on personal digital assistant(PDA) to improve the automatic and rapid sensing of front-end casualty information and the efficient triage and treatment. Methods: The portable vital signs monitoring and triage PDA system for wounded was composed of portable sign monitoring devices, handheld PDA terminal and terminal application(APP) software.The handheld PDA terminal was composed of a PDA device and a bracket, the terminal APP software was developed based on Microsoft Visual C++ tools. The vital signs information of the wounded was monitored in real time through wireless network and portable sign monitoring devices, and triaged analysis of the condition of the wounded was carried out by the handheld PDA terminal. The first aid data of 2,666 cases of wounded in hospital were selected the efficacy of the simple triage system and the portable PDA system for monitoring and triage of the wounded was compared. Results: The portable PDA system for vital signs monitoring and triage of wounded was stable and reliable in data collecting and transmitting. The overall deployment time of the system was less than 1 minute, the speed of examination and triage was less than 1 minute, and the average accuracy rate of the triage of the four categories of minor, moderate, serious and critical injuries was up to 89%, which was higher than the 68.8% of simple triage.Conclusion: The portable PDA system for vital signs monitoring and triage of wounded can realize automatic acquisition, real-time monitoring and triage analysis of the physical sign information, so as to improve the efficiency of first-line rescuers and provide decision-making support for the early treatment and treatment of the wounded.
