摘　　要：数字物流,是基于数字经济、数字技术、机器学习、计算思维等多理论及方法产生的。市场需求的多变性、复杂性和数字产业化推动了物流业的数字化转型。数字物流采用数字化技术,面向物流全要素、全过程优化物流系统,以实现物流管理过程、管理手段、管理技术三者的数字化,同时提高供应链物流服务和效率水平,降低物流系统中供应链、价值链、产业链的全要素物流成本。数字物流的核心是用数字化技术改造传统物流,数字物流发展不仅需要采用先进的数字技术,也需要有先进的物流管理技术。数字物流已被应用于商贸物流、跨境贸易、港航物流、应急物流等多种领域和场景。部分企业构建数字物流中台,实现了数字物流的集成化应用。为促进数字物流发展,在管理方式、商业模式和市场预测等方面都需要进行创新。推动现代数字物流体系建设,对我国物流业高质量发展具有里程碑式的意义。Digital logistics are based on the digital economy,digital technology,machine learning,computational thinking and other theoretical methods.The changeability,complexity and digital industrialization of market demand spurs the digital transformation of logistics industry.Digital logistics adopts digital technology to optimize the logistics system for the whole factor and whole process of logistics,so as to realize the digitalization of logistics management process,management means and management technology,improve the supply chain logistics service and efficiency level,and reduce the total factor logistics cost of supply chain,value chain and industry chain.The core of digital logistics is to transform traditional logistics with digital technology.The development of digital logistics not only needs to adopt advanced digital technology,but also needs to have advanced logistics management technology.Digital logistics have been applied to trade logistics,cross-border trade,port and shipping logistics,emergency logistics and other fields and scenarios.Some enterprises build the middle stage of digital logistics and realize the integrated application of digital logistics.In order to promote the development of digital logistics,innovation is needed in management mode,business model and market forecast.Promoting the construction of modern digital logistics system is of milestone significance to the high-quality development of China’s logistics industry.
