摘 要:针对双稳态复合材料支撑杆末端展开冲击大与展开不可控的问题,结合树脂粘弹性属性建立了中性稳态复合材料结构的粘弹性分析模型,推导了复合材料结构存在中性稳态特性的必要条件,对中性稳态结构的铺层方式进行了数值分析和优选,采用碳纤维和环氧树脂设计并制备了具有中性稳态特性的复合材料结构样件,并对其展开过程进行了可控性试验测试.结果表明,设计制备的中性稳态结构具有中性稳定特性,兼具良好的展开可控性,满足预期中性稳态特性要求.Aiming at the problem of large unfolding impact and uncontrollable unfolding at the end of bistable composite support rods,a viscoelastic analysis model for a neutrally stable composite structure was established in combination with the viscoelastic properties of resins;the necessary conditions for the existence of neutral stability of composite structure were deduced;the numerical analysis and optimization of laying mode for neutrally stable structure were carried out.Composite material structure samples with the neutrally stable characteristics were designed and prepared by using carbon fibre and epoxy resin,a controllability test for the unfolding process was carried out accordingly.The results show that the as-designed and as-prepared neutrally stable structure has neutral stability and good unfolding controllability to meet the expected requirements for neutrally stable characteristics.
