摘 要:在粮食储藏过程中,温度是影响储粮品质的重要因素。高温将导致储粮产生虫霉,营养品质下降等不利影响。控温储粮作为一种低碳绿色的储粮技术,能够预防和消除储藏过程中的发热并保持粮食的原有品质。为达到安全储粮的目的,各种控温技术随之诞生。随着浅圆仓在我国的推广建设,各种控温技术在浅圆仓应用越来越多。本文综述了我国浅圆仓储粮控温技术的研究进展及适合各生态储粮区的控温技术,并分析了浅圆仓控温技术未来的发展方向,为浅圆仓控温技术的发展提供参考。In the process of grain storage, temperature is a crucial factor that affects the quality of stored grain. High temperature will lead to pests and mildew, nutritional quality decline and other adverse effects of stored grain. As a low carbon and green grain storage technology, temperature-controlled grain storage can prevent and eliminate heat during storage and maintain the original quality of grain. Various temperature control technologies were bornin order to achieve the purpose of safe grain storage.With the promotion and construction of squat silos in China, various temperature control technologies are applied more and more in squat silos. This research progress of temperature control technology for squat silo grain in China and the temperature control technology suitable for each ecological grain storage area was summarized, and the future development direction of temperature control technology for squat silo was analyzed, thus providing some reference for the development of temperature control technology for squat silo.
