摘 要:为了解决无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)运力受扰对末端包裹交付造成的干扰问题,运用干扰管理思想,从客户服务和配送成本角度进行扰动度量,综合考虑无人机能耗、配送时效性、飞行可靠性、飞行安全性等因素建立干扰恢复模型;运用蚁群算法求解问题模型,最后用算例验证所提方案的有效性。结果表明:通过分析3组干扰场景发现,当干扰发生时刻早、受扰客户多时,所建立的恢复模型方案和原始方案对比,可以在短时间内产生新的配送路径,同时以较小的成本代价提高客户服务满意度,实用性更强。In order to solve the problem of interference caused by the disruption of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)capacity to the delivery of end packages,using the concept of interference management,the interference measurement was carried out from the perspective of customer service and delivery cost,and the interference recovery model was established by comprehensively considering factors such as UAV energy consumption,delivery timeliness,flight reliability,and flight safety.The ant colony algorithm was used to solve the problem model.Finally,an example was used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.The results show that by analyzing three groups of interference scenarios,it is found that when the interference occurs early and there are many disturbed customers,the established recovery model scheme can generate a new delivery path in a short time compared with the original scheme,and improve customer service satisfaction at a lower cost,which is more practical.
