摘　　要：目的 了解脑卒中失语症沟通伙伴沟通交流过程中的真实体验,为护理人员制定居家、社区语言康复方案提供依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法选取2021年9-12月在福建省某三级甲等医院治疗的失语症患者的沟通伙伴11名为研究对象进行半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi现象学资料分析法进行资料整理分析。结果 失语症沟通伙伴沟通交流体验可归纳为4个主题,即沟通交流过程中的困扰、沟通交流方式的探索、沟通交流呈现的结局、希望得到医护人员的帮助。结论 脑卒中失语症沟通伙伴有沟通交流技能方面的诸多需求,医护人员应将沟通伙伴纳入护理培训对象,并提供专业化培训,从而提高其沟通交流能力,促进患者语言康复。Objective To understand the real experience of communication partners in the process of communication with post-stoke aphasia,so as to provide reference for nursing staff to develop language rehabilitation programs at home and in community.Methods Using the phenomenological research method, a total of 11 communication partners of post-stoke aphasia who were treated in the speech rehabilitation outpatient department in a tertiary A hospital in Fujian province were selected for semi-structured interviews.The data were collated and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis.Results The communication experience of the communication partners with post-stoke aphasia could be summarized into four themes: the trouble in the process of communication, the exploration of communication methods, the response to communication, and the hope to get help from medical staff.Conclusions Communication partners of post-stoke aphasia have much need for communication skills.Medical staff should include the communication partners in nursing training objects and provide professional training, so as to improve their communication ability and promote patients’ language rehabilitation.
