摘　　要：目的探讨CEP55和PLK1在卵巢浆液性癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集50例卵巢浆液性癌组织和50例正常输卵管伞端上皮组织,采用免疫组化联合Western blot法检测CEP55和PLK1的表达水平,并分析其表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果CEP55和PLK1在卵巢浆液性癌组织中表达高于正常输卵管伞端上皮组织(P<0.05)。CEP55和PLK1在卵巢浆液性癌组织中表达率分别为60%和64%,两者在正常输卵管伞端上皮组织中表达率分别为14%和10%。CEP55蛋白表达在组织学分级、FIGO分期和淋巴结转移具有显著相关性(P<0.05),PLK1蛋白表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05)。Spearman分析显示,CEP55和PLK1之间的表达呈正相关(r=0.408,P<0.05)。结论CEP55和PLK1在卵巢浆液性癌组织中过表达,与较差的生物学行为有关,为探索卵巢浆液性癌的靶向治疗和预后监测指标提供了依据。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CEP55 and PLK in ovarian serous carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of CEP55 and PLK1 in 50 ovarian serous carcinoma and 50 normal fimbria tissues of fallopian tube were detected by immunohistochemistry combined with Western blot.The relationship between the expression levels of CEP55 and PLK1 and the clinical pathological features of the patients was analyzed.Results Results of immunohistochemistry combined with Western blot showed that the expression of CEP55 and PLK1 in ovarian serous carcinoma tissues was higher than that in normal fimbria tissues of fallopian tube(P<0.05).The expression rates of CEP55 and PLK1 in ovarian serous carcinoma were 60%and 64%.The expression rates of CEP55 and PLK1 in normal fimbria tissues of fallopian tube were 14%and 10%.The protein expression of CEP55 was significantly correlated with histological grade,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and the expression of PLK1 was correlated with histological grade(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed a positive correlation between CEP55 and PLK1 expression(r=0.408,P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of CEP55 and PLK1 in ovarian serous carcinoma is associated with poor biological behavior,which may be useful for the exploration of targeted therapy and prognostic monitoring indicators of ovarian serous carcinoma.
