摘 要:外语教育具有文化传播和文化融合的功能,“一带一路”文化共同体建设视阈下的外语教育规划需要突出外语教育的文化价值取向。沿线各国要坚持多元语言文化观,统筹语言地位规划,强化跨文化规划,并通过具体的语言习得规划提高人才的跨文化能力,培养复合型国际化人才,为“一带一路”文化共同体建设提供人才保障。Foreign language education has the functions of cultural communication and cultural integration.The foreign language education planning from the perspective of building the Belt and Roadcultural community needs to highlight the cultural value orientation of foreign language education.In the foreign language educaiton planning,countries along the Belt and Road should adhere to multilingualism and multiculturalism,make an overall planing of language status,strengthen the cross-cultural planning of foreign language education,improve the intercultural comptenceof talents through specific language acquisition plannings,and cultivateall-round international talents so as to guarantee the talent supply for the building of the Belt and Roadcultural community.
