摘  要:“药物化学”是药学专业的核心课程之一,具有多学科交融的综合性学科特点,为培养学生自主创新的能力,提高学生的综合运用知识素质,开展了药物化学立体化实验课程体系构建的探索。以创新药物设计理念为导向,以培养学生的创新能力、探索精神与科学素养为中心,通过设置掌握基本技能与知识的认知阶段,初步解决问题的联系阶段,能够独立思考设计方案的自主化阶段的立体化实验课程体系,从而实现学生培养阶段化、教学与实践的立体化,促进创新研究型人才培养和科学素养的提高,满足社会对新药创制人才的需求。Pharmaceutical chemistry is one of the core courses of pharmaceutical major,which has the characteristics of multi-disciplinary integration.In order to cultivate students′ability of independent innovation,improve students′quality of comprehensive use of knowledge,the exploration of three-dimensional experiment curriculum system of pharmaceutical chemistry were conducted.It is guided by the concept of innovative drug design and centered on cultivating students′innovative ability,exploring spirit and scientific literacy.Through setting the cognitive stage of mastering basic skills and knowledge,the contact stage of initially solving problems,and the three-dimensional experimental course system that can think independently and design independently,the training of students can be phased,the teaching and practice can be three-dimensional,and the training of innovative research-oriented talents and the improvement of scientific literacy can be promoted to meet the social demand for new drug creation talents.
