摘　　要：近几年,高新技术企业对经济的拉动作用不断凸显,正成为区域竞争的关键。本文从温州高新技术企业发展特点出发,选取发展规模、创新投入、创新产出、成果转化、经济效益5个维度共16个指标进行比较分析,找出了影响温州高新技术企业竞争力的关键变量,并提出提升温州市高新技术产业竞争力的若干政策建议,为温州高新技术产业发展提供坚实理论基础。In recent years,high and new technology enterprises are becoming the key to regional competition because of their increasingly prominent role in driving the economy.Starting from the development characteristics of Wenzhou high-tech enterprises,this paper selects five dimensions of development scale,innovation input,innovation output,achievement transformation and economic benefits,with a total of 16 indicators for comparative analysis,finds out the key variables that affect the competitiveness of Wenzhou high-tech enterprises,and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Wenzhou high-tech industry,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the development of Wenzhou high-tech industry.
